There a number of a ways of contacting customers with this system. The main way is by choosing to "Quote" a request. Clicking the button will open a new window, where you can enter in any quotation details, such as prices or additional information required.

However, you can contact the customer directly yourself, as their details will be displayed on the individual request. So if you wish to ring or email them directly, you can do so if they have provided the details initially.
