There is a feature on this system called a clipboard, where you can view your requests on a printer friendly page.

All you need to do to print a quotation is go to your quotes page, and either click clipboard on the individual quotation, or select multiple quotations via the checkbox on the bottom-left corner of each quotation, and then click the main clipboard button above the list of quotations.

You can then click on the clipped quotes button on the clipboard column, and this will show your currently clipboarded quotations.

Just click file, and print at the top of the window, and this will print your requests out.
